Pileated Woodpecker, fledgling male, there crown feathers are a bit more pinkish than the adults and the eyes are dark blue that slowly turn to yellow through the summer.

Pileated Woodpecker, you can tell this is a male by the red mustaches the females are black, also the males red crown comes all the way down to the bill, the females are only part way then there is a mixture of black and yellow.
