Male Rufous Hummingbird. Hummers spend 80 % of there day perching so I place twigs near my feeders so they well perch where I can see them and they like it because they can guard the feeder from other hummers. No lighted up background here, even though it was light out, the shutter and aperture settings make the background quite black.
